Private sexual images are an increasingly common but often ignored feature of family law cases and raise complex legal issues.  This presentation will provide an overview of the various laws implicated by private sexual images and help family law attorneys understand this topic in the context of their work on family law cases.

Jaime Driggs is a shareholder at Henson Efron and practices family law exclusively. He is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2016 for Family Law. Jaime was named a Minnesota Super Lawyer from 2017–2023 and a Minnesota Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2011–2016. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison and the University of Minnesota Law School.
