Your client’s retirement account could be the most valuable asset in a divorce case. This CLE will prepare you to feel confident when faced with this important, yet often intimidating, type of asset. The trainer will explain how to identify assets, value retirement accounts, and determine whether they should be characterized as marital or non-marital. She will then walk through the practical steps of preparing a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO).

CLE: 1.0 hour of Standard Minnesota CLE Credit will be applied for.
