Agenda:
This session will highlight some of the common legal issues faced by victims of crimes and the ways civil legal aid can assist and support victims. Topics will include: ways offenders may abuse the system, the range of help a lawyer can offer, how civil legal aid lawyers can help in the criminal process, and tips for advocates supporting clients seeking help from a lawyer.

CLE: 1.0 hour of Standard Minnesota CLE Credit will be applied for.
